“TeenFit is a 60 minute class, where your teen (ages 11-16), will be challenged and inspired to grow in their fitness and sports training. We realize that Teens have a ton going on so our coaches will work around their schedule to set up class times for that work for them.
Whether it is baseball, soccer, basketball, softball, lacrosse, football, golf, volleyball, track and field, we would love for your teen to take their game to the next level with our training program.
We engage in specific and detailed warmups, challenging your teen with strength weightlifting and endurance based skills followed by cardiovascular and interval training workouts.
We will always finish the hour by cooling down with stretching to prevent soreness and stiffness after workouts.
Our training program is designed to enhance and improve each teen’s progress in their individual sport. At Burg Crossfit, we pride ourselves in the relentless pursuit of getting better each and every day. We want to be able to allow your teen to better themselves in the chance of playing athletic sports in high school or college.
With our prescription of “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity,” your teen will not only gain better body awareness, but will sustain fewer injuries over the course of their life and improve their cognitive function through our sports training program.
