Since we started Burg, we have seen hundreds of people change their lives through weightless, strength gained and mindsets shifting. While there is a large group of people who would say they seen tangible results, we also recognize that there are others who have consistently come into the gym with no intentionality and have seen minimal change.
At Burg, we believe that if you’ve chosen us as your fitness home, we want to over deliver and we accomplish this by infusing personal training sessions into your membership. 1-ON-1 ONBOARDING

Utilizing a 1-on-1 prescriptive model we are able to understand individual movement patterns, deficiencies, and abilities that need closer attention than we can give in a group setting.

CROSSFIT MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

If you’ve done CrossFit previously and been an active member of another gym within the last year, we require all new individuals to attend a “test out” personal training session. It has been our experience that every CrossFt gym teaches movements slightly differently and we want to ensure that we are all on the same page and keep you as safe as possible.
