CrossFit

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. In this class, the coach will lead you through a dynamic warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling/modification options for you. In CrossFit, you’ll always have a “skill” portion to work on prior to the cardio based workout. Everything is done in a group setting and led by one of our incredible coaches to ensure you’re staying safe and having a blast while doing it! 60min Class Olympic Weightlifting Power Lifting Cardio Based Movements Gymnastic Movements Modification options for everyone!

BurgFit

BurgFit is a 60-minute class where you’ll be challenged with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate load/weight. Whether you’re an avid exerciser or dipping your toes back into the fitness waters, this class is a great way to get started with us. So, if you’re ready to shed fat, tone up, increase your aerobic capacity and strength, then this is the class for you. 60min Class Gymnastic movements Zero barbells Cardio based movements High intensity interval training Modification options for everyone!

Personal Training

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT… I wish I could do double-unders in a workout. I want to be able to lift heavier. My low back always hurts. I’d love to be able to squat but my knees always hurt. I’ve always been stiff and it’s just how I am. It would be so cool to be able to do 1 pull-up. IF YOU’VE EVER CAUGHT YOURSELF THINKING ANY OF THESE THOUGHTS THEN WE’D LOVE TO CHAT. It’s not only about the workouts; your sleep, stress management, and nutrition all play an integral role in helping you reach your fitness, health and wellness goals. We’re here to support you and help identify what is holding you back from not only accelerating your progress in the gym but more importantly feeling your best and getting the most out of life outside of it.

Individual Design

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN… Gain strength in a particular area Master a strength based skill (pull-ups, handstand push-ups, etc.) Lose weight Increase cardio efficiency Develop stamina for longer training modalities (running, triathlon, swimming, etc) Individual design programming is valuable for those who have specific weaknesses that they want to improve, as well as individuals who may be modifying movements due to pain. The goal of our individualized programming is to make those weaknesses a strength, and to help our members participate in their active lifestyle without pain. OPEN GYM

We offer Open Gym hours every day of the week. These days do not have a structured program but this is an opportunity to work on weaknesses or do a workout of your own.
