This is literally a NO SWEAT introduction to Burg and who we are. Wear athleisure wear or whatever you are most comfortable in, we’ll just be chatting. We have a questionnaire that we put everyone through that will help us determine where you’ve been, your past injuries, your current goals and what is going to be the best to keep you moving well, staying out of pain and crushing your goals.

Once we’ve completed your questionnaire, we’ll prescribe the right amount of personal training sessions for YOU. This is unique and specific to your history, injuries, goals…your body. We’re tired of people getting injured at globo gyms or consistently going into the gym with no real change to their body composition or skills. This is one of the many ways we are providing real, tangible solutions. The gym is the healthcare of the future.

We put all new members through a nutrition introduction because while we are really good at what we do, 1 hour out of your day isn’t going to get you to your total goals…the other 23 hours matter. You’ll be working with our team of Nutrition experts to create a sustainable and lifestyle plan that works for YOU. We’re not into fad diets and we believe that eating well is just that…eating food that is conducive to your lifestyle and fueling your body and life.

Once you’ve complete your personal training sessions, you’ll have the option to jump in on our membership packages. We offer 3x a week of high intensity interval training classes that use every piece of equipment except the barbell. BurgFIT is easily one of the most popular offerings we have! Of course, we have the CrossFIT tract for those who want to work with the barbell and bring this modality of fitness in to your life.

Consistency is key. We recommend a minimum of 3x a week of coming in and sweating in order for you to see tangible results. Again, we’re not into just taking your money and wishing you the best. Our staff is with you every step of the way to keep you safe, healthy and crushing your goals.
